“The swim up bars were great, but everything closes at 9 including the pools which was interesting. I didn’t know all the pools on put in bay were open to the public so I probably would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known I could just walk in. They were super friendly and nice, but they counted every single towel you took and wouldn’t let you request extra towels. Nice resort but drinks are so expensive and they make sure you don’t bring anythingggg from outside so be sure to bring a few extra……

“My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was dismissive and unwelcoming. The night clerk, in particular, showed little interest in helping guests and provided no meaningful customer service. The room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong, unpleasant odor and did not appear to be properly cleaned or maintained. Instead of feeling comfortable, I spent my stay wondering why basic cleanliness standards weren’t……

“There were 2 giant fans in the hallway next to our room. I was never told why. There were burns in the tile in our bathroom tile, NON SMOKING ROOM. There Spiderwebs in bathroom and doorway, and hanging from ceiling. Then spider came down in bathroom, had to kill because 10yr old daughter. There were balls of other people's hair in corners of bathroom. Bath towels are children's size. I could barely cover my body with one, as an adult. There is nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, I……
