“The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. However, there was typically only one person so there was always a line of people waiting. We did require maintenance at one point and the maintenance man was there quickly and was friendly. We were in a room across the street. The lighting in the parking lot is poor. We were on the second floor and there are NO ELEVATORS! No good for two seniors with bad knees. The room itself was clean enough but the building is quite old and in need……

“The front desk staff was impressively rude and unhelpful. Front door of room had to be kicked shut and wouldn’t lock. When i asked for help staff said call the number on some sticker. Shower didnt work , bathroom door would not close at all. Cant stop staff from entering room to clean. Security guard asleep, vending machines didnt work, no ice machine, arcade open but cant get tokens. Whole place including room smelled like pot.beach access showers didnt work. Staff turned off elevator every day……

“Stay far away. This place was filthy. We checked in and then went to check out the town and went grocery shopping for the week. When we came back to settle in. There were cockroaches multiple places around the room. As we were moving the refrigerator around, tons of roaches scurried. We went to the front desk and told them about it. The lady was very rude and couldn't have cared at all. We asked if we could check out another room to see if we wanted to change before asking for a refund……

“We booked this hotel b/c it was supposed to have no stairs in order to go down on the beach, it read, 'easy beach access walk straight down from the pool deck', but there were about 14 stairs so it is not handicap accessible. Therefore, we had to seek public beach access to put feet on the sand and toes in the sea. Also, the waterfall at the pool was not in operation, apparently, it was undergoing repairs.
