"The room was a bit expensive for the quality of furnishings (there was a framed picture on the wall with part of the frame missing). It seems as if there hadn’t been inventory of room before we arrived; was lacking hair dryer, iron and iron board. Staff was wonderful and replaced items immediately and cheerfully."

"Black Bear Inn is very inviting and comfortable. Our room was small but adequate; we spent most of our time outside. The breakfasts were top notch and huge. We enjoyed the common house areas playing games and talking with the other guests. The hot tub and decks added to our outdoor enjoyment. We will definitely return. "

"My wife and I had an amazing several day stay at the China Clipper Inn. It reminded us of a Bed and Breakfasts you see in the movies. The Inn Keeper, Kristen and son Rafe are amazing hosts. They do their best to ensure a great experience. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast is incredible. You will not be disappointed. We are already wanting to plan a return trip. "
