"Good location, about 25-30 min walk to downtown Nashville. Great hospitality and service from all staff members who made us feel very welcome. Nice to have a pool and gym available. Breakfast was good with a variety of options available. I wondered why there are so many plastic plates and cutlery - might be more environmentally friendly if not. Great hotel, would stay again. "

"Just stayed the night to sleep and was exactly what I needed. One of the easiest and smoothest front counter/check in experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t remember his name but the guy at the counter was super accommodating and friendly."

"This hotel was in a great location. Easy walkability to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, the Riverfront and Ascend Amphitheater, where we saw Lainey Wilson. The breakfast and Manager’s reception every evening were excellent. You literally don’t have to eat dinner out when they offer so much free food at the hotel. "

"Stayed overnight for a concert at Bridgestone. Great location to arena and to Broadway. You do have to valet (only option at hotel). They were great. i had to go back to the car 3 times and they never got frustrated with me. lol The room we selected was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Would definite recommend."

"Such an amazing time!! All of the guest representatives at the front desk were super helpful especially Kim!! Super easy to check in, provided local bars and restaurants to visit. Very clean , the room was amazing and the bed was perfect with all those pillows!! Housekeeping was respectful of our space! Very easy to navigate. There is a liquor store next door too! We actually walked to Broadway on a beautiful sunny day! And we used the scooters as well! Everything we wished for! "

"The hotel was perfect for our family, only complaint is that the staff at the front desk were not very helpful and rude. 2 employees were on their phones sitting behind the desk and neither bothered to even look up as I was standing at the front desk. Even after I politely let them know I was there they barely spoke and just acted miffed I was there. I had to ask all the pertinent questions to know where our room was, elevator, where to park etc. It turned me off to the hotel immediately. Need...
