"The place was great. Location was just what we wanted. The rooms were nice enough, the view was great. The dude working at the bar was super rude when we asked him for a glass of water, he just pointed down the hall, but overall no complaints, nice spot for sure."

"The hotel is in a very nice area. It's clean, inside and out. The employees were friendly and attempted to fix any problems I had. The elevator near my room was out of service the whole time I was there, (4 nights). I was on the top floor and I used the stairway. The bathrooms were clean but didn't have ventilation fans. There was a vent in the ceiling, but not an actual fan. For me, the cleanliness and the employees made up for any deficiencies. I would stay there again."

"The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The only thing we don’t like is the demeanor of the young lady by the reception/front desk when we checked in; she is not friendly, does not smile or greet you. There’s no effort on her part to be friendly and pleasant. Other staff are nice though. "

"I had a great stay at the Sheraton. We were in town to seethe Phillies play the Orioles. The hotel is very close to the stadium. The room was spacious and clean. It was easy to get in out to the stadium, the harbor and resteraunts."

"The Sheraton Baltimore North is by and large a comfortable, convenient place. There are plenty of shops, stores and restaurants nearby. There is a small market across the street that was great. It is a little bit worn around the edges but very clean, which I will take over new and dirty anytime. The staff were very friendly and mostly helpful. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were friendly and polite. We were checked in quickly. We received complimentary coupons for Starbucks coffee at the...
