"The staff were superb! The hotel is charming and ideally located in the French Quarter. And when we arrived to find that our reservation (made through Expedia) had been canceled due to a problem between Expedia and the credit card company, Beverly (at the front desk) was terrific and calming. She took care of the problem with the best of true Southern hospitality. I miss seeing her and the rest every day. They were like family. "

"The rooms were unusually large, and I suggest they advertise that. Its a nice feature. The room has quality furnishings, bedding, better-than-most shower, etc. The hotel is a close distance to the Tulane University. The only drawback, is that the balcony that is advertised--at least on our second floor room--was not worth mentioning and was unfurnished. "

"Cute and cozy boutique hotel with lovely decor. Check-in was very quick and easy. Front desk staff were always friendly, kind, and attentive. Complimentary bottled water, just ask the front desk nicely! Free 2 oz wine tasting. Comfortable king size bed. Good location, short enough walk to Bourbon Street/Jackson Square but far enough from the noise to get some sleep. Sliding bathroom door can be tricky and gets stuck sometimes. Super thin walls. I can make out the words people are saying in the...
