"Very quiet and restaurants in the close vicinity. Breakfast and a mini-Starbucks available on site. "

"Room was clean and the view was amazing. I did notice the age of the hotel however, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay. The paint on the bottom of the bathroom door seemed to be chipping away, and the bathtub showed its age a bit. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others looking."

"Very close to "touristy" Beale Street; which was what we were looking for on this trip. Lovely rooftop with exceptional views, wish it was open for early morning tea and coffee. "

"This hotel had an easy check-in, comfortable bed and pillows, and plenty of parking. It’s also is very close to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. We ate at Bog and Barley and Sunrise Cafe, which were very good. The area, including the hotel, felt safe and they had security in the parking lot and on-site. "

"This property was clean, beds were comfortable but the room decor is hideous, hallway decor hideous, furniture was not comfortable to sit on and no coffee, sparse towels and amenities. Not much thought for the customer comfort. "

"Overall experience great after we had to switch rooms due to non working safe. No fault of hotel, but also very loud at night from police and loud cars going by. Full Breakfast pretty plain. Scrambled eggs and then some kind of meat and potatoes. Continental breakfast better buy. Close to Beale Street, horse drawn carriages, and Peabody if you want to see the ducks. If you are okay walking a half mile, you can take public transportation anywhere. "

"Property needs updates. Escalator has not worked during multiple stays over the past year Convenient for stays to visit students at U of Memphis however not a first choice due to need for updates. "
