"Staff were superb, Hotel is undergoing renovations and the Imperial Hotel next door is having a major refit so the noise at times was loud. On second floor which has just been refurbished, so room was new and clean, facilities a bit lacking, no min bar nor safe, which I regard as essentials at a Hotel in this price range in London. Bar and restaurant were good but no ability to charge to room, again something I would expect. Great breakfast did finish the stay off nicely"

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"So conveniently located near the airport. Only stayed 1 night, but it was a very comfortable stay. Bed was perfect and shower was nice. Had a little bar set up next to registration which we utilized and also a restaurant which we ate dinner at as well. Service was quick for both as there were not many patrons utilizing this service. Can't say much for the outside surroundings as we did not wander out of the hotel. They will call you a taxi to take you to the airport."
