"Our 1st room the heat didnt work. We called the number we were told to and very promptly they were bringing us the key card for a different room. The workers were all really nice and the room was very clean. There were renovations going on and there were dumpsters in the parking lot, but that is to be expected when theyre trying to remodel rooms. We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom suite we were in. "

"The guy who checked us in was great. We also met another gentleman that helped us to where we needed to be and even held the elevator open for us. The only complaint is that my room has no body wash and I called the front desk twice. It has been 2 hours and still no body wash. So I can’t shower. "

"Hotel is nice but I reserved a room with a king size bed and was told at check in that there was no more rooms with king beds. I need to settle for two double beds. I took the room but was a bit dissatisfied."
