"Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the elevators were down so it was a bit inconvenient but staff kept us informed when it was going to be fixed. The hotel is right on a main busy street so constant noises was expected, other than that the hotel is in a very convenient area to explore places like the aquarium or inner harbor. "

"Nice modern, clean hotel with comfortable room and nice staff. However the doors slam incredibly loudly relative to a typical hotel and hallway neighbors coming and going all night and well into the early morning kept my family awake. "

"There was a bit of a mix-up at the start. Customer service to make up for that was EXCELLENT. It continued to be EXCELLENT with everyone else after that as well! Good ole fashioned great service that my 66 yr old self was used to getting 2-3 decades ago. VERY HEARTWARMING to experience again. Heard the same service being given to everyone--sat in the lobby quite awhile waiting for a flight time. Shuttle drivers included in this review. Super helpful and accomodating--drove us to 2 places besides...
