"The property was beautiful. We enjoyed how spacious the room was. We will definitely book again if we are around that area of philly again."

"The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min."

"Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent."

"This is a very old property in dire need of updating. Bath was not totally clean, but that is somewhat due to the age. Front desk was difficult to reach when we needed towels because the room only had one. Once they did answer, the towels were delivered promptly. I would recommend staying at anothe of the downtown hotels. "

"Property is great however be prepared to be stopped in the lobby every time you walk through so someone can try to sell you a Hilton timeshare. Not exactly an enjoyable experience and there is no way to avoid using the main lobby when entering or exiting."

"The hotel itself was very nice. Room was small but so well done. Would have given 5 stars, but the music from the rooftop bar was so loud that it made sleeping a challenge. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said that the rooftop was a separate owner and that they have made attempts to ask them to lower it,but with no success. They did apologize for the noise. "Hotel is attached to the airport, which makes it easy for early morning flights. Just give yourself lots of extra time if you are parking your vehicle at the hotel while traveling & be prepared to pay for the convenience of parking at the airport. "

"The staff and security were very attentive, very kind and always available to assist. The hotel was very quiet & clean. The room was great & ready ahead of time. The front desk was readily available & always provided me with what i needed. the parking was very easy. The only thing I would advise for families is that this is a Casino hotel…children under 21 only have 1 dining option/restaurant they can go to & it does not have a kids menu. The only other option is to order food & have it...
