「The pod was clean and very comfortable. The lounge area was good and the staff very helpful. I really liked the shower cubicles and ironing facilities.
I found this hotel a little noisier that the other place, there was a chap yelling at 11pm and slamming doors.」

「Is ok not bad. Location very good and very convenient but just it’s a pity a room too smaller and near a window! N restaurant no more foods provided but lucky walking at street where so many different restaurants to choose!! Mostly hotel is very good location in London !! Future it’s can provide little but big room that’s very good !! 」

「Great location within walking distance of old town and yet away from the tourist. The washer/ dryer combo works well enough to do your laundry . Rose st has a lot of dining and pub options. Yes there are steps up to the unit so if this doesn’t work for you then be aware.」

「1. No toothpaste & toothbrush supplements in guest room! Ask the receptionist, response is out of stocks (Need to bought in supermarket by myself) The next day check-out said to the receptionist, she said have stocks in hotel!
2. Room deposit £150 need to pay by card, but refund is a long time (5 days)!」
