"The staff is well groomed, goes out of their way to accommodate guests and seem to know their responsibilities while meeting the needs of their guests. The location to the airport could not be better. I loved being able to walk. It was cool, easy and a very short walk, about 6 minutes. The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant food excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"The Hotel Ambassador overall was a nice choice. The lobby is very spacious and busy. The reception desk is very busy and therefore the check-in process can take some time. The rooms are spacious with ample closet space and a mini fridge. My room overlooked the pool area which was nice. The wait time for the elevators was not long. The daily breakfast was amazing. Overall my stay was pleasant and I would stay here again. "

"This hotel dates to the 1980s, and hasn't had major renovations since then, which might be a good thing depending on your perspective. I got a great deal, and for the money, it was a real treat. Nice big pool where you can do serious laps. Nicely appointed breakfast. "

"Executive Room, Big bed and pillows are very comfortable ! Good water pressure and hot water, nice big towels and washcloth. Good amenities, breakfast is average . On a busy night life street ( only negative,) only 3 English channels on TV With jet lag watched Roger rabbit two times 😊"
