“The only reasons I did not give this resort a 5 star are #1 the Beach is very sandy (not white) and dirty (the water is beautiful and #2 we stayed in the VIP ALLTRA JR. Suite and the air conditioning was terrible. Now, with those two things being said, I am a Beach Snob, so, I prefer very clean, freshly grated every night, nice loungers, and sand not blowing so hard it gets in your drinks and food and everywhere. This beach is very dirty with sticks and all kinds of things…. As far as the air……

“I had the best time. Absolutely loves the resort. It was perfect from start to finish. The food was great. It was so so clean. I even met the pleasure to meet the woman who overseas the hotel and makes sure everything is up to par. There was so much to do as far as activities and the shows were great. The entertainment was awesome, especially my shanthy. I definitely will be coming back and I can’t wait. ”

“Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time! The Staff was spectacular! Once you become familiar with them they never forget you and make you feel so welcome! The pool was so much fun. And the food could be a little better ( the buffet) but the other restaurants was top tier! I wish they had more lunch options but rather than that it was great and room service is very fast and food is still hot!! ”
