"April at the front desk was so lovely upon check-in and at each subsequent interaction! Also wanted to call out the doormen, every single one of them was so warm and welcoming. We had a lakeview room and it was such a beautiful sight at all times of the day! Great hotel location, very central for sightseeing and within walking distance of the red line to get around. "

"Was expecting for a 4 star rated hotel. Furnishings were nice, but looked/felt basic. TV reception in the bedroom was patchy, with some channels not working that were in the lounge. Overall its a nice place, the art instalations were v cool."

"Staff was wonderful and helped with anything we requested. The room and hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated with very nice toiletries that had a beautiful citrus scent. Super comfortable bed with clean soft white linens and the few from our 5th floor window was spectacular. Their complimentary continental breakfast was decent. Our only issue was that the usb port to plug in our charger cord did not work and the ones that did charged very very slowly. So bring a wall brick and plug...

"Hotel was clean, high end, with friendly and helpful staff. The Valet in particular was a kind Italian gentleman who was helpful and informative. Only issue from my end was the “parking” I paid for turned out to be a lot several blocks from the hotel. I chose just to use the valet service but save yourself some headache and just do valet from the start. Overall 10/10 and will be returning! "

"Requested a fridge and microwave, as they do not come in each room. Wasn't there when we checked in, but came shortly and worked well. Nice hotel, but no pool and they only offer parking as a valet service for $80+ per day. Ended up parking at Aon Center for $17/day, which was VERY close. "
