The hotel is well designed, spectacular views, great beach and beachfront location, superb staff, especially Cindee Zuleta, the Assistant General Manager and never stops helping and being attentive, and Sean the bellman, who is a bundle of warmth, energy and charm. No place better!"

"I love the convenience of the location, and the shops around the hotel. Anthony the bartender was amazing. I had a few hiccups my bathtub had old marks. They should upgrade to shower-only. The chairs at the desk need to be upgraded to black mesh chairs so the leather isn't worn down. And take carpet out the rooms I feel carpet in hotels are unsanitary. Lastly housekeeping should throw away torn sheets or old towels."
