"We chose this hotel for our trip to Philadelphia, and overall I'm happy with it. The parking was a mess (the machine didn't accept our room cards, and so every time we wanted to get in we had to take a new ticket, and to get out we had to leave our name, check in/out dates, and room number with the booth attendant. It was a bit of a hassle. We were in a room on the side of the Avenue of the Arts and even though we were quite high up, the noise from the streets was incredible. There were so...

"Great location! Just a block away from the Rittenhouse square. Which is perfect because it wasn’t too loud but right by all the great restaurants and shopping. We walked the whole city from one end and back. "

"This is really a popular hotel and I can tell why. It is easily accessible off of Ben Franklin Parkway. There is an option for valet or a nearby parking garage. Both are a little pricey but makes sense based on the location. My only issue is that they did not recognize my Hilton Honors membership and I did not receive the room type requested. "

"Overall a solid stay. Minor cosmetic issues in my room, from rust in the bathroom to flaking paint on the ceiling. It’s an older space but could use some TLC."

"The only complain is the room had a strong smell of food I thing it comes through the air conditioner we ask for a refresher but was really strong . "

"I had some issues upon check in, voiced my concerns and they were handled quickly and appropriately . The staff is great and much appreciated . Really enjoyed the meals we had at the restaurant which was a surprise. Lovely area , close to Rittenhouse Sq park which was nice to stroll in with our pup . "
