"Reception was efficient enough, but think the 2 guys at the desk were more bothered about lack of room keys than smiling at or engaging with their customers - definitely not “guests” to them! Nothing rude or unpleasant, but not welcoming."

"Very friendly and efficient staff throughout the stay and a very comfortable, clean and well presented room. Loved the power shower and the complimentary luxury toiletries! We dined in the restaurant and the food was well presented and delicious. A special mention for Ethan, the excellent barman and waiter."

"Great hotel, incredible friendly staff. Deluxe room was perfect, good size, comfy bed, sofa, table, coffee machine, Bluetooth speaker. Restaurant food fabulous, pool and spa was quiet and luxurious. Will be returning."

"Nice comfortable hotel, clean and quiet. Plenty of car parking spaces. Ordered room service for dinner as was told there was a big party arriving for the restaurant. Only down fall from the stay was at 8.30am there was virtually no breakfast items left, except stale bread/pastries. Guess you better get up earlier if you want a full english! "

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice enough. Bar was nice with a goid choice. Also had an evening meal, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't bother with the breakfast. I'd buy that elsewhere."

"Unbelievably comfy beds and could have quite happily took the mattress home with me. Breakfast was yummy and the staff who worked there (on a Sunday) were all helpful and friendly. Only slight issue we had was a toilet that wasn’t fixed properly to the wall, felt like it would collapse at any minute! It was very unnerving! But would definitely stay at the hotel again 🙂"
