“帝國酒店是一座極具歷史的建築物，酒店大致維持一定風格建築，環境清靜優美，有足夠車位提供旅客停泊收費合理。 唯大堂兩座電梯有一座經常停用，有一定程度影響。”

“Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty. Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago.”

“This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!”

“It's fine. I wouldn't call it 4 star. Simply because the bathroom needs to be updated. The TV has no sports channels which is strange when The Open is being played down the street. Scottish open being played just hours north of us. For 4 stars I don't expect to shower in a tub unless I requested to.”

“When I arrived at around 5:00 pm, I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the reception queue was so long. I had specifically booked a room with a fridge because I have multiple food allergies and need to store my own food, but when I checked, I was told my room didn't have one. I explained this was why I'd booked that room type, but the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing he could do. If I'd had time, I would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere. The room……

“Parking was excellent plenty of spaces. There was no chef so wasn't able to get anything to eat not even offered a sandwich and lift was broken but gentleman on reception did offer to help with any luggage”
