"This is a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and want you to feel comfortable. This is an older building that is well maintained and they have kept much of the original woodwork in place. The rooms are smaller than normal but that is the style of the original hotel. "Extremely clean, well appointed room & very friendly staff. It was nice to have a fridge & microwave in the room. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know about the extra fee for using a credit card. I think it was 3.95%. It seems that more & more businesses are doing this these days. In my opinion it is a cost of doing business & the customer shouldn’t have to pay for it. How are you supposed to pay a hotel stay without a credit card? You can’t carry that much cash on vacation. "
