"It really was a pleasure to stay at the Jewel…the room was clean the chairs in the room could use updating for sure however the space in the room was decent for the city the bathroom was clean nice space in the bathroom the view from the 9th floor was nice we could see radio city music hall…they have a washing machine and dryer along with a workout facility on the 5th floor the washer and dryer is free the hotel provides detergent and fabric softener for the dryer for free IMPRESSIVE…the 2nd floor has the lounge coffee tea etc…there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms not to say they don’t provide these items in other rooms available…The hotel will hold your luggage for you upon arriving or departure…Very quiet on the inside and outside of the hotel which is located somewhat off the beaten path from Times Square…I would definitely stay at the JEWEL again…"
