"I loved staying here! I normally stay at another hotel that is 3x the price but booked here instead. The quality is just as good as the expensive hotel but at a much more reasonable rate! I will definitely be returning! "

"Having the whirlpool suite was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was also a handicap room so the bathroom was also spacious and had a walk-in shower. The only complaint I have about the room is that the shower nozzle was horrible. No water pressure and the holder for the nozzle that was on a bar so you could change the height of the nozzle wouldn't stay in place and kept sliding down. "

"Nice stay in Cedar Falls. The pool was closed (which we didn’t know prior to arrival - no note on the site), but the pool table in the lobby was a hit with my son. Room was clean and everybody slept well, which are the most important factors for us. The shower door in the bathroom would not stay closed, so the floor got soaked in the corner - minor inconvenience. Free coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7. We’d stay again. "

"Very clean room. Breakfast was good with multiple choices of items. Nice fitness room that I used. I suggested to management that a safety tread be added to the bathtub floor since it was very slippery. Would stay here again."

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites based on it's beautiful pool and location to UNI and Main Street Cedar Falls. The hotel has comfortable beds, is updated, and in a great location to access Cedar Falls activities. We were expecially pleased with the friendliness of the staff...they certainly were "Iowa nice"!!!"
