“Amazing stay!The ADU is in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distances to gourmet grocery store and restaurants to fit all budgets.ADU is modern and spotless.Kitchen meets all needs whether you are cooking not.Well thought out amenities.Chris was quick to respond to any questions.Perfect place to call home while our home was getting work done. Big back yard where our two kids - Bernese Mountain dogs could run around with large fenced in back yard.I would highly recommend to anyone staying in……

“This was such a a lovely place to stay!!! ”

“Perfect place for our family of 5 with kids ages 11-17. Comfortable hideaway and close to Yosemite and Bass Lake for us to enjoy both on our weekend trip. I would book here again. Areas of opportunity: more pans for cooking, faster WiFi (we all had devices).”

“This was a little slice of magic as our base for visiting Sequoia. A heads up that being less than 10 miles from the park actually means that it'll take you an hour of switchback driving to get to the General Sherman tree, but the drive up (and back) is spectacular as you get up into the mountains. The house is well put together, and there were nice touches like having dishwasher tablets ready to go, and plenty of coffee pods. Laurabelle was great to communicate with, and you're less than a 5……

“Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! ”

“This was amazing, I came to visit my bf, so we just stayed in this little home. Amy is so nice, she made sure if we needed anything. The inside is exactly how it looks in the pictures, the neighborhood is quiet. Definitely will come again!!”

“Overall recommended. Place has all you need”

“Loved our stay! Small cottage, just what we were looking for. And the Truckee River is Right There!! Had my morning tea watching the sun rise over the trees and river every morning.Very clean and well cared for. The weather turned in us from summer warm to thunderstorms at night. We were warm & cozy listening to it. Great location - close to the river walk, rafting and Tahoe City. Yet not to close. Quiet peaceful location. ”

“Lovely cottage, very comfortable and very clean. The interior was beautifully decorated, kitchen was well supplied and we appreciated the thoughtful coffee station. Large gas fireplace to enjoy along with a nice library of books. The king sized beds were very comfortable. We wished we could have enjoyed this space a little longer. Our host, Josh, was always available for anything we needed. Highly recommend this cute cozy cottage.”
