"Very clean. Checked the mattress as soon as we got in and it smelled brand new, the whole room smelled like cleaning products and the woman at the front desk was really nice. We will absolutely be staying here again it was a great experience. The only thing I would’ve liked is more towels. "

"It's right in downtown Hartford so it's very convenient to walk around. However, I stayed on Sunday so it was very quiet. The staff was awesome. The facilities weren't the most modern but they were clean and well-cared for."

"Parts of building is under renovation currently. My room was clean. The carpet was damp. Unsure if it was due to a recent wash or humidity of building. They did not have enough cots available as they made it seem when I called a few days beforehand. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know how that was. I feel that the king bedroom price could have been 10-20$ cheaper than what I paid for. "

"Our experience in Niantic and at the Niantic Inn was great! The owner was very friendly and helpful. There was EVERYTHING you could need provided in the clean and comfortable room, with many extras such as bottles of water and snacks. The location of the hotel was better than we imagined as the owner told us about a lovely and scenic 1 mile walk along the boardwalk along the bay, which started right across the street from the Niantic Inn! . She gave suggestions for coffee shops and anything else...

Like stepping back to the past where the customer service, quality of the linens and rooms and absolute attention to detail not only still exist but thrive at this place. The onsite restaurant was a 15 out of 10, and again service above and beyond so many places in this day and age. I am truly grateful and appreciative of the attention to the customers and details that are clearly their mission and it shows. They make you feel so welcome...
