“On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. The bathroom had sticky stains on the floor alongside mould in the shower, tap and window. The mould……

“The pub is quirky and delightful . However , there are no en suite facilities in the room which led to a slightly disappointing experience . The staff were very friendly and engaging but the lack of facilities tinged the experience . ”

“We were unpleasantly surprised when the host gave us the wrong location, but this was quickly corrected. The rented apartment wasn't maintained! I can't explain the positive feedback and high ratings. The photos accompanying the reservation make the apartment look brand new, but it's very neglected. There's a lot of deferred maintenance, and mold is prevalent in the bathroom and kitchen. Damp patches have been covered, among other things, and there's a pungent odor, which is unpleasant.
