“Clean rooms, great staff, smells amazing all over the building, and food places are all around. If you love to fly, you can see the air crafts take off from the runway, and the hotel has a shuttle, and a tv that provides update on flights departures, cancellations, and delays. I’ll definitely book with comfort again!”

“A really nice, boutique hotel in an historic building. We did not use the restaurant but did have drinks in the lobby bar. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. We walked all over New Orleans but had the benefit of being able to come back from the bustle of the French Quarter at the end of the night to our quiet room. After two days we left for our Norwegian Cruise, and the port is so close we can see our ship from the lobby. ”

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Front desk staff are amazing!!! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location, easy walk thru the FQ, to Frenchmen or the river. Paid for parking; the lot was just across and down the street a bit but reasonably priced considering parking in the FQ, and downtown NOLA in general, is outrageous. Will always stay here if rooms are available!! 20/10 stars!!”
