"Was pleasantly surprised by this property. The lobby looks beautiful and there are quite a few buildings that encompass the property. Both staff who I encountered up front were so nice! In the center, there is a courtyard with tables to eat, a pool, and jacuzzi. Our room was a king with pull out bed and there was a door separating the areas with two tvs, perfect for children. "The hotel staff were well communicative during our stay, and reminded us if we needed anything before they closed their office each day. The whole property and rooms were kept clean, except some tenants decided to litter with their cigarette buds on one of the parking spots, so I would suggest to add a cigarette disposal area, unless people are not allowed to smoke close to the property. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend and come back again."

"The first night not having a soaking bath and felt rushed to check in as the motel lobby closes at 10 i was a little disappointed but after sending an email to the property they promptly took care of everything and shined. "Edgewater Inn is my favorite kind of value hotel. Though it is a bit dated, the hotel is always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the televisions have streaming services you can log into. It's also on the beach and walking distance to Pismo's pier and the shopping area, so we never have to drive. It is also very pet friendly. I recommend for anyone who enjoys value, proximity, and cleanliness of rooms!"
