“Everything about the stay was great and relaxing.Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.Exceptionally clean,well maintained,and one of best equipped kitchen in a rental property we have stayed in.A real credit to the owner and property manager.If we return to the Haines city in the future this is the place of choice.The screened deck was a welcome feature for relaxing.”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Property owner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. Location was ideal for convention center but you definitely need to leave time to deal with traffic. We stayed for volleyball tournament and had a lot of early morning games. ”

“Everything was good except we needed more tissue and paper towels. Also we had to wash dishes. The “clean” dishes were visibly dirty. ”

“Beautiful home that comfortably fit our family of 5. We walked around the resort property there is plenty of things to keep the kids occupied on site. I have teens and keeping them happy can be tricky It is very clean and we felt very safe. I greatly appreciate this location and we enjoyed our time. ”

“Place was great, found some minor issues that the owner quickly addressed. Owner was engaging and helped resolve the check in issues. That area could be improved upon. Do not know here the disconnect was between owner and front desk. Looking froward to make this an annual thing and wouldn’t mind using this same condo provided. ”

“Great Stay at a Beautiful Property!We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and clean condo. There was a small issue with the bedding when we checked in, but the property manager responded right away and had everything fixed within 30 minutes — super impressed with how fast they handled it! The clubhouse and pool were beautiful and a great way to relax during our break from the Universal parks. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!! ”
