「Staff is polite, nice and supportive. This is the second time for me to stay here. Superb location, lawson and sushi downstairs, plus a lot of restaurant in Namba Park which is 3 mins walk. So close to Nankai Train Station that it is very convenient upon your departure and arrival... If to criticize, the basin tap is a bit dirty and torn.」

They offered to take photos for us at the beautiful lobby and you can rent a tempur pillow (hard/soft for u to choose). Location is great too. Only 4 minutes walk from Kyoto station. If you travel from Osaka, highly recommend this hotel. It’s super easy to travel to Kansai airport too! 」
