Nice hotel. Stairs were Concierge staff was excellent especially Silvio! Did not like the in room coffee. Breakfast was good. Menu at night very limited. Not many restaurant choices nearby.

Arab children playing outside of room 9 to 11:30pm. When I told them to be quite and go to their room. Don't think an adult was supervising them. Mold in shower.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The hotel by itself was also just average. The service and staff was mostly ok, except for 1 instance where they took too long to setup the third bed.

The location is very good and walking distance to Hyde Park and the Underground - Marble Arch Station. Lots of shopping and walking distance to Oxford Circus, Carnaby Street, etc. Only issue was there was only 2 working elevators at the time. Looks like a long term issue, but with patience overall great experience and highly recommended.

You could not get up and down the elevator. We had to take the stairs. Kids in the next room screamed I. Their room and up and down the hallways after 11 every night. King Felix room much smaller than website.

Great property, but two of the four elevators were down for service. This lead to longer than usual lines to use the elevators. It wasn’t unusual for the elevator to be full on our way down in the morning, which meant we had to wait awhile for another elevator to come and hope there was enough room for the two of us.

My parents room someone took Money out of the bag and we had to make a claim to police station. Location was Good, Staff was rude, room was clean... lifts were terrible 3 lifts for 1000 rooms is a joke

We have stayed at Thistle Marble Arch previously and found it to be a good experience. We were not disappointed this time either. Service is excellent and staff friendly. Hotel is clean, and well decorated. We have had their excellent breakfast before, but unfortunately because of time constraints were not able to this time.

Lovely property, however as an executive member staying the disappointing thing was the food available in the executive lounge. One of us was a celiac and felt there was nothing suitable there other then fruit, secondly when we came for breakfast at 9.45 we had to leave to come back at 10.20 (10 minutes before the end of breakfast) to get the food to which there was not a lot. It would be nice if you could have a specific time period as some guests seems to stay a lot longer then necessary, taking food and not eating it. The room itself was lovely, and very comfortable. The beds were good as well. Only concern was some mild marking on the bed sheet. It is next to a costa and Oxford street! You have the tube next to it which is easy and accessible

The rooms are nice and clean. However, for that price point you would expect body lotion in the room and face cloths. The biggest problem was half of the elevators were undergoing renovation and we had to carry six heavy suitcases down the stairs ourselves. No help offered by staff. Unacceptable! This should have been clear at the time of reservation and check in but nobody cared.

The advertising picture is NOT what the hotel looks like. Not even similar. This hotel is HUGE 600 rooms with only 4 lifts. Ceilings are low and doorways are only 6.5ft tall. A challenge for tall people. When entering the hotel, you have to wait for several lift cycles before there is enough room to get your bags upstairs. We ended up taking the stairs for our entire stay. 1/2 of the rooms look out into an industrial courtyard and other rooms. We changed to a street view which was better, however the shower leaked all over the floor and onto the carpet into the room. Also, at least 2-3 times an evening, the bathtub drain would burble and loudly spit water into the bathtub. This hotel is ridden hard. It may have been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but no longer. ⭐️⭐️ or ⭐️⭐️⭐️ at the most. Positive: The breakfast staff is helpful and polite. Amanda and Estela were great! The food was of good quality and reasonable if you book ahead of time. Positive: The hotel cleaning staff was good, efficient and the room was always turned over well. We did have to call for little things, such as a TV remote and coffee pods.

Main complaint was that there are only two slow elevators that hold 12 people for a big hotel containing over 500 rooms (approximately), and these two seemed to work independently so they would travel up and down together.
