This was a great spot to stay at! It was centrally located, totally walkable to all the amazing spots in the area. Staff was accommodating. We got two free waters in room daily and were welcomed with a plate of chocolates on our first night!

The management was terrible! Service slow to non existent. Checked in near 6 pm, went to eat dinner and have drinks. Returned to room near 11 pm. Got into bed and bed was broke. Called front desk... initially it was "sorry, we are fully booked! ". 30 minutes late as we were scrambling looking to make other arrangements, front desk called. They amazingly found us a room.....a much much smaller room. Following morning i spome with manager, that conversaion went nowhere! His attitude was basically.....just be happy you have a room. The following morning we called front desk for towels and to turn towel heater off in bathroom. Front desk lerson said they'd ne right up. 30 minutes passed and we had to go get towels at front desk amd nobody ever did come to turn off towel heat rack. For the money.... you can def do better!
