Never this place and Never Hotels.com
Warning! Never book this place! This should be family calm holiday for me and my kids. Ive informed place 6hrs before our arrival about arrival time (we wanted to check in during stadard check in hours, but I prefer to be sure).Style of which Sarah (manager) comunicated was ridiculous, saluting people doesnt exist, responding calls doesnt exist, I must sent her even prove of our reservation. We arrived on time as Ive announced them, but surprise apartment was dirty, filthy, basic stuff was broken and it definitelly wasnt in the conditions to accomodate us!Ive again tried to call her and as usual she wasnt responding as again i needed to send her pictures, videos via messages (at least I have proof for all what happened later).I needed to drag my kids out to London, as she told me shell send cleaner to clean this mess. Ive tried to inform Hotels.com about situation asking them to relocate me, because I had some serious suspicion, that something wrong will happen.No one helped me, line was keep shutting down! Only response of Hotels.com was we wil contact property and let you know (this didnt happen). When we came back apartment had only changed bedding but remained filthy and pieces broken! And top on the cherry pie hot water didnt work, so I could even make shower to my kids. Again contacted Sarah which (wished me good nigh -ridiculous yes). Second day she came saw situation is not resolvable and I run away with my kids! Still waiting refound 2weeks as we ddint stay there!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Mühsam an den Schlüssel zu kommen, da Kontaktaufnahme auch schon sehr mühsam angefangen hat. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, kann nicht wie auf den Bildern auf dem Innenhof parken, sondern muss sich auf gut Glück, jeden Abend an der Strasse einen Parkplatz suchen, mal näher, mal weiter weg vom Appartement. Das Bad und die Küche waren extrem dreckig. In der Matratze spürbare Metallstäbe, die weh beim liegen taten. Keine Vorhänge und Rollläden kaputt. Das sind so ein paar Ausschnitte wie wir es erlebt hatten. Zudem weit weg vom Zentrum und ziemlich schlechte Page nach meinem Empfinden. War nun schon das 3. mal in London und würde dort nicht mehr hin gehen.
