「We arrived late in the evening after our transfer from the airport. The resort had arranged the transfer for us and the driver was waiting at arrivals for the 8 of us in our group. He was great and gave us a bit of a tour on the way to Calheta. Our reception at the resort went well and the woman on duty made sure we got down to the buffet before it closed. 「We have stayed at The Vine on numerous occasions now and we love it. The rooftop pool area is lovely and the food is really good. All the staff are friendly and really helpful and smiley. We had a junior suite this time which was spacious and the bed was super comfortable with beautiful linen. Great breakfast choice as well. One suggestion would be to get rid of the pebble flooring in the bathroom area, it is really uncomfortable to walk on.」
