"This is a rental with an amazing view. Each level has a balcony. The hot tub was clean and most of the light switches are labeled for ease of use. The master room old toilet needed replaced (wax ring failure). The property manager was quick to respond and their maintenance person replaced the toilet as quickly as possible. "We enjoyed the ‘chalet’ with it’s open living room/kitchen/dining area, large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It is beautifully decorated and the bear theme adds a touch of whimsy. The appliances and tv’s were top of the line including a Keurig. There is also a very old coffee maker that wants to grind your coffee if you’re not careful pushing buttons when trying to get it to brew. "The property is great. It's a 10 minute walk from the center of Gatlinburg. The 3 bedrooms are all nice-sized and have their own bathrooms, the outdoor space is great. It feels way bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had a great time and would recommend to families or to multiple couples who want to have their own space."

"The house is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The quality of everything in the house is top notch and seemed new not like some rentals where everything is well used. The view was spectacular! Loved all the deck furniture and the hot tub was very nice. Highly recommend this rental."

"The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice."

"It was a beautiful view and had great amenities. The hot tub and sauna were very relaxing. The home needed some updates; the couch had a lot of stains and did not really feel comfortable to sit on. The drive up the mountain was very scary and there were not directions provided to the home so when we lost service it made it even more nerve racking to try and navigate the steep mountains. The drive did get a bit easier as our trip went on though so that was a plus. Overall the view was worth it...

"While the Cabin is nice, the drive is impossible. I would not recommend for senior citizens. The driveway is straight up hill and narrow. If you are in a car you will bottom out. Once at the top there is no where to turn around. We where in a Tacoma. The Internet is also horrible. It disconnects from your device over and over. The cabin itself isn't bad. The hot tub is nice too. If you are there to chill and not go to town, the TV channels are weak. There are like 15. We ended up on Roku...

"This was our 6th time staying at this property! We love it here! We come every 5 years to vacation in Gatlinburg. This property is close to everything we love to do. We go hiking, horseback riding and shopping. We also visit the aquarium downtown and drive a short ways to Dollywood each time."
