"This is my favorite hotel in South Beach, and they upgraded me for some reason, which was such a special treat and unexpected but welcome as a returning customer. The pool and the beach loungers make this hotel 11/10 the poolside cabana was definitely better than my last room with the city view but any room here is a great room in my absolute favorite hotel."
