"とても素晴らしい滞在でした。 温泉がとても気持ちよく、旅の疲れをしっかり癒すことができました。 また、ホテルの立地も良く、客室や館内から眺める富士山の景色は本当に美しく、迫力があり感動しました。 周辺に飲食店や買い物ができる場所が少ない点は少し不便に感じましたが、全体の満足度を下げるほどではありません。 総合的にとても満足できる宿泊体験で、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。"

"The experience of our stay was AMAZING it is the high light of our trip to japan recommend staying there. the resort is modern and luxurious. the staff are kind and welcoming the service and hospitality was exceptional . room (lodge) size is big with view of mount fuji. the facilities areas (cloud area) is lovely and cozy with bonfire and indoor fireplace we enjoyed hanging out there. the resort offered various activities that i recommend booking in advance (pizza making, hiking, canoe, electric bike and other activities) we also booked breakfast box that is in room breakfast recommend booking it in advance. and we had dinner in there restaurant (La carte) which was lovely. we will stay again for our next japan trip."
