"The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and shops and the Shinsaibashi station is right under it. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay better. The hotel room is a pretty good size compared to most hotels, and it’s very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to dotonbori, especially if you’re interested in shopping and eating."

"Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Stayed with my wife and 3 year old. We shared 2 'double beds' pushed together (2x king singles). Rooms were small, but they weren't surprisingly small. They were modern, functional and very clean. Two highlights were the blackout blinds (so good that we missed quite a few mornings) and the shower! Damn, that was amazing. I've never had such a powerful and large shower before where no water got on the floor outside! The hotel is on top of a well connected train station and a 24 hour convenience store. It has a small gym which is functional but too tiny, there are some restaurants and bars around, but it's relatively quiet at night. We never had the breakfast there because there was the Familymart downstairs (and a 7/11 and Lawson's very close by). I would definitely recommend this to friends as a great place to stay. I will say though, if we had another child (i.e. 2x adults and 2x kids) it would be way too small. "

The on-site café has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe, and the breakfast was excellent — fresh, high-quality, and with a good variety of options that cater to different tastes. Overall, Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba delivers outstanding cleanliness, comfort, and service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. "
