“Had a great stay at the cottage! Location was perfect and gave advantage of 2 great beaches-Ocean Isle and Sunset. You can’t go wrong with either one. I loved the screened in porch and sat out there every night just enjoying the quietness of the evening. Easy to book and owner was in contact before stay. Instructions are simple and there’s an entire binder that’s very helpful for places to eat and things to do. Would highly recommend to others and I hope to come back and stay again!”

“Everything was exceptional! The house was so perfect for my family. We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday and it was the best family vacation by far. My grandson loved fishing off the dock on our down time. And the pool was in the shade in the afternoons from coming off the beach!! Will definitely be back!”

“My brother lives nearby. He wanted his siblings to visit and see his house but he didn't have enough room for us all to stay. The beachfront location of this house and the porches and outdoor seating was so nice. We had plans to tour around but ended up staying at the house to enjoy visiting and enjoying the beach and view. “Overall, our experience was great. Tate was super easy to communicate with, and the check-in/check-out process was great. The location is perfect on the canal, and it's easy to get to all of the restaurants, etc. We would stay in this home again and recommend to others!”

“It was a fairly new home, there are a few things that would make it better. The shower needs a grab bar for guests who have limited mobility. The pillows are too hard. We had to scavenge around but once we did , we were fine. Great location! Overall great.”

“Our family really enjoyed the cottage! Communication with the owners was fantastic and they have a well stocked and beautifully decorated home!!! Great outdoor living spaces as well as a really short walk to the beach. Easy to go back for lunch or the bathroom. The outside shower had a toilet and sink!! Great so you don’t have to run upstairs when you are enjoying all the amazing features. We hired a private chef to cook a special birthday dinner and there was plenty of room to celebrate! ……

“She didnt seem very big compared to others..lolol however let me say, f@%king amazingly perfect beach away. Perfect layouts for rooms and tons of beach related items. My 5yr granddaughter found something new ever other hour of day..lol It was exactly what my family needed that kind of downtown.
