"They went beyond our expectations to help us and make our visit absolutely perfect! Our room was charming and we could hear the waterfall nearby. It is very close to the gondola and restaurants, too! We loved the fire pit and rocking chairs in the evening. Ride the gondola at night. The views are spectacular!"

"The location is ideal for traveling into the main part of town and the hotel itself has a restaurant, pool bar,and multiple pools. Our room in particular is dated, the tiles in the shower step are pulling apart due to water damage. The ventilation in our room is poor which makes for a stuffy room. You are expected to check yourself in at a kiosk and front desk interaction is to let you know your way around the property and amenities. "

"We had the most amazing stay! The staff was super friendly, helpful and prompt. The town was cute and fun - check out the Detroit style pizza at brown dog pizza! The room was magical with the fireplace, the views and the alpine berry tea! We also had the most amazing breakfast at The View restaurant - must have the brioche French toast. This was our most favorite one night stay of a 7 day road trip! "
