“The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort.”

“入住酒店時, 已訂2間客房, 但到CHECK IN 時, 酒店負責人說有一間取消, 但由此至終並沒有取消。幾經交涉, 酒店安排另一間客房, 但個刻的心情已受影響。所以入住時, 必定要SEND EMAIL到酒店確認訂單。以免影響旅行的心情。”

“Struttura a 4 stelle. Resort meraviglioso incastonato in un parco con vista mozzafiato. Piscina, svago, mare, relax, ecc. Pacchetto inclusive ma da calcolare molti extra a parte, come: aperitivi, acqua oltre alle due bottiglie di benvenuto in camera, gelati e tutto quello non incluso. Più si soggiorna più si spende. “早餐一般, 餐廳食物份量足但水平一般. 房間沒有MINI BAR, 也沒有免費樽裝水供應. 景觀一流, 在山腰可望巴拉莫全景. 但若不是自駕出入不方便.”
