“We stayed in the Romance Room at Duna by DW and overall had a wonderful experience. The room was nicely sized, well-ventilated, and decorated with a beautiful rustic tropical style. It was also very clean and comfortable, which made our stay especially enjoyable. One small drawback was the bathroom door—it’s an older sliding door that was very loud and could definitely use an upgrade. The room could also benefit from additional hangers and drawers so guests have more space to unpack their……

“Regular coffee maker, better control knob on shower. The bedroom needs to be cooler and ceiling fan needs to work. Better locks on terrace doors. Microwave start button did not work, worked when put express time though.”

“Palmas Del Mar is a beautiful community filled with kind people. It was pleasant to be within walking distance from a variety of places to eat. That said, the room was mid tier quality- I stayed there for 5 days and the WiFi worked a handful of times throughout. The shower must’ve produced an 1 hr of warm water across the overall total 5 days!!! Freezing cold showers eventually took away from the relaxation of being on vacation. Worst of all for me, were the falsely advertised laundry and pool.……

“The room had a view of the city and ocean. There was no hot water. When on the phone with the manager about it, he sent me another persons room check in with their door code accidentally. ”

“Upon arriving, checked mattress, and had saw black mold all around the mattress cover, as well as on the shower curtain in the bathroom. I had contacted manager and he asked if we wanted new sheets. I did decline because I already was disappointed, as that’s a huge health issue. So we had just booked a flight that same night and came back to New York. He is very responsive with his messaging. I’ll give him that plus. But other than that, just be on the look out and I am trying to save others the……
