「The stay overall was great, but this wasn’t an ideal fit for my family. I’m sure others would enjoy the experience, but as a new mom I need the general conveniences that come with most 4-Star or better hotels. Think room service, concierge, room turn-down, crib/pack-n-play, etc. In all fairness, I’m sure we aren’t their target audience! 「This hotel was great the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only problem we had were the people in the room beside us blaring a stereo. We called the front desk at 11:10pm. 11pm is when the sound restriction at the hotel starts and they sent security straight up. It was quiet enough to sleep by 11:15pm this was the best stay i have had a Va. Beach and i have been coming here and staying in different hotels for more than 10 years」

「Arrived and the manager had already given pur reservation to someone else. The lady at the front desk had to call the manager, then the person they gave our reservation to in order to close out their reservation. 1 ice machine on the second floor, was out of order.
