"I called the day before inquiring about the airport shuttle and was told that I can get on it at IAH Terminal B door 103 or Terminal A door 115. When I got there we landed at Terminal C, so I went to the Terminal B door 103 following the signs for hotel pick up. After 40 mins I called this hotel and was told that they only pick up at Terminal A door 115, because of the construction. "My husband, baby, dog, and me stayed here the past weekend, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was so sweet very helpful. If you want a hotel that has everything you don’t have to leave to get food or coffee this is it! Very clean convenient, we will be staying here again. "

"Hotel was clean and front desk was very friendly. Loved the spacious room and ability to watch Netflix on the TV while traveling with children. The only negative was that the bathroom was very small and old. It needed to be updated and the fixture for the shower handle was cracked and handle would pop off if not handled very carefully. Otherwise our stay was great and we would stay there again. "
