"Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. "This is such a gem. We stayed here on a whim and will most definitely be back. We had the cutest room with a balcony that walked right off to the canal and restaurant right next door. Anything we asked for, they accommodated and they went above and beyond for us even when they didn’t have to. 100/10 recommend. These are amazing people. "

"Laid back little hotel squeezed into a tiny space between an excellent restaurant, another commercial property and the intracostal waterway. Our room was on the end closest to the street and a bit noisy, The hotel offers a nice continental breakfast daily and the use of bikes, kayaks, stand up paddleboard, and a huge hot tub/spa. They provide beach towels but if you want fresh linens you need to request that service. We were only there two nights and did not miss the linen service. Restaurant...

"I have been at 3 different rooms/apartments from this site and it's way much better than staying in a hotel. It's clean and newly renovated. Love the easy check in process. Comfortable. I just hope there are darkening curtains so we can sleep in longer. It's too bright in the room even with the mini blinds. Feels like i'm still outside. Just saying to make it perfect. Thanks."
