"Clean, good size bathroom. Easily accessible from the train station. Staff were not always there to assist with the paid for breakfast or at the reception but all in all a good stay for travelers seeing the castle and town for a good price and location."

"The property was a bit tired, carpet stained, but the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The communal bath on the first floor was an unexpected treat. The breakfast was delicious offering a huge variety of offerings that were excellent, including an array of fresh fruits. There was an extra charge of 1100 yen for the breakfast— a bargain!"

"My husband and I stayed at the Richmond hotel for two nights. It’s in a great location, and the rooms were reasonably priced and clean. The staff were really kind, and helped organise luggage forwarding to our next hotel. Our only bugbear was that we could hear other people on the floor - they were pretty loud. It would be great to have had a little more sound proofing. "
