"The communication with Avantstay was terrible. They didn’t send the access code until we got there and had to call them, which was a very long wait with the answering machine. The access is terrible. We carried large luggage because of the ski gear, and we had to carry them around for more than two blocks, and then there was no elevator. The sofa that turned into bed had a very poor mattress and the person who had to sleep there at a terrible night. They said the place was 6 min away from the...

"We had a great time in Telluride and our accommodations were very nice. The condo is very well-equipped and we needed nothing. It is in walking distance to tons of restaurants and the gondola. Parking was challenging as there is a lot of construction around the area but we lucked out our 1st morning and were able to move to a space almost right in front of our unit. We had hoped to have a hot tub to soak in after walking all day but both pool and hot tub are under construction. One thing about our unit that could be improved is the overhead lighting in the bedroom: maybe just a warmer glowing lightbulb. All in all, it’s a great place and Joanie, our host, was responsive when I had questions and accommodating. "
