"The place is beautiful . Front desk is professional. It’s when you have to order breakfast , lunch or dinner . It’s a terribly long wait and nobody siesta anymore English which makes ordering frustrating. I’d stay there but I’d go elsewhere to eat a good meal . I promise you you’ll get service somewhere in the area where they speak English 45 minutes waiting on a breakfast that never came . No tipping off yoir coffee … nothing . Terrible . It’s a nice place . Just need English speaking...

"Property was great, shame that the door faced the bed I found this a little disconcerting as a solo traveler. However facilities were good and i enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this place, I walked everywhere, it’s equally situated between Boston North and South. Stations which worked for my travel needs. I Espe liked that housekeeping didn’t come unless asked and the front desk had any additionals on hand if needed. Really friendly staff . "

"Nice location in the city so you don't hear the sirens of the busy streets. Pretty and always great to be near the North End restaurants. The paper in the bathroom peeling and beds could have been softer for my taste but overall very nice."
