Nice place

We stayed for six days. And overall, our experience was very positive. The snorkeling by the bridge that connected us to the main island was filled with lots of different kinds of fish, which made snorkeling a major draw to the hotel to come back next year. The tide was quite high compared to normal, and so the beach was very small and the sea covered a large part of the beach access. However, we were informed that this was very rare, and that normally there is a lot of beach on that side of the hotel. The seaweed wasn’t too horrible, except for a day or two, but across the bridge on the main section of the island there were dozens of people racking up the seaweed and piling it. We were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, and they always smiled and greeted us and were attentive to our needs. Because it was not very full, they closed two restaurants, and we only had access to two restaurants plus the buffet. We did get tired of eating the same dinner because the menus didn’t change, but the food was good. We were surprised that they invited us to a meeting where they convinced us to join their club membership, which is supposed to entitle us to a better choice of rooms and more catering to us and discounted prices. We haven’t used it yet, but we’re expecting it to be a good investment and a place to return for the snorkeling adventure. Our son who had a different room didn’t have hot water in his shower, but they moved him to another room with hot water.

It's a large property with so much to do! I highly recommend it for families.
