「The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo. Pool is amazing! Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern) Good shower pressure. Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would have been nice. It’s only a slight gripe that we had on our stay. 」

「It's a nice hotel near the harbour and the city centre can be easily reached by public transportation or car. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke good English, as well. A buffet style breakfast had a good variety of food, in overall it is proportional with It's price and star rating. Actually its beach is a small cliff which is probably not suitable for swimming, however it's beautiful. In summary, we had a really positive experience as a family with a 13 years old boy. 「Superb location. Easy walk from the ferry and into the main eating/shopping/historical centres. Very good, helpful staff. They let us leave our bags there on the day we checked out, as we had a very late flight in the evening. Fun decor and a spacious room. Lots of great places to eat very close. Two small niggles, the shower leaked over the floor, didn't seem so bad on the first day but got worse. Not really a problem for us but a mess for the staff.
