"This hotel is very cute and trendy. My room could use a bit of an update, but I would stay here again based on the service and the location of the hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful and anything you could possibly need is in the area, shopping, ATMs, food, a night market plus other attractions and the metro is only a five minute walk away. "Taipei experienced largest earthquakes (over 5 richter scale since 25 years ago. The hotel elevators were inactivated and resume operations after inspection, which was completed the same day. It is incredibly efficient since there were lots of elevators in Taipei that needed to be re-inspected or repaired. Without elevators, staff inspected and cleaned the hotel rooms. It was hard work for the housekeepers since they had to climb stairs over 10 floors to clean all rooms. They were still...

"The stay was very pleasant and at a very convenient location. The breakfast is great!"

"Very convenient location for our tour which starts at the Songshan train station and is easy walking distance to the hotel. The MRT station and the night market entrance is right across the street and there are several banks next to the hotel. The room is clean but a bit small and we like the breakfast that is included. The only knock is that there is no space in the lobby to hang out for the group and the dining area is closed off for access after lunch. "

"Great service from housekeeping to front desk. I have two issues. One is the bed is not that comfortable. Felt the springs from the mattress. Second, even though the room descriptions had the same square footage, many of the rooms on one side of the building have a small balcony. The rooms on the other side of the building have no balcony. So the rooms with balcony have noticably smaller usable space."
