The reservation throug your website was not accepted by the hotel, so I have lost all the payment what You've charged onto my account. I had to pay for the rooms again in cash at the hotel. Poor service from both sides.

This hotel does not except payment from Expedia any longer and has not for awhile since new management took over several months ago. I had to prepay and was told at check in. I then had to pay the amount again at check if I was to have the room. Expedia needs to get their act together if they are going to list a hotel under their site

close to the Volta lake, but very poor standard

Hotel had no computer and no access to internet. The Hotel Management had no knowledge of my bookings and therefore didn't know I was coming, but fortunately for me I had a printed copy of my confirmation with me. That was what convinced the Manager of my bookings. I was put in a £70.00 per night room for the first night, when I had paid for a £97.00 per night room. I later realised on the second day and challenged them before I got transferred to the right room. By this time I have had a food poison from the previous night meal. I was lay in bed for the rest of my stay. I got back home still ill.

Horrible bathrooms

We had 2 rooms. Both bathrooms tiles in shower were covered in mildew. Lighting in room was very dim, air conditioner need cleaning and made loud squeaky noises. Chair in room had no cover over latex foam. In one room, AC did not cool the room and bathroom smelled like urine. Pillows rock hard. Staff was mostly very friendly. Location on the Volta was very nice.

Nice Location next to lake

Good property but poor service. Firstly during check in they did not know that we had reservation though we had Expedia fully paid confirmation. After some arguments they gave us the rooms. The physical property is good but through the stay we encountered various service issues mainly due to untrained staff. The person taking the orders in the restaurant would not have any pad to note down and multiple occasions got the wrong combination.
